Custom VR training development, end to end
Xora X builds enterprise VR training solutions from a single question: what does your team need to get right before it matters? We turn that answer into a simulator your people can step into.
Start a projectSimulation for work that can't be practised on the job
Some skills are too expensive, too rare or too dangerous to rehearse in the real world. That's what we build for:
Aviation training
Procedural and operational training in a custom VR simulator, delivered for a live client.
Logistics and warehouse operations
Warehouse workflows, equipment handling and documentation, trained in VR before the floor.
Safety training
A VR safety training simulator lets teams fail safely, repeat endlessly, and build real judgement without real risk.
From scoping call to headsets in hands
Scoping
We map the training need with you: the tasks, the failure modes, what "trained" actually looks like.
Design
We translate that into a simulation design: environments, interactions, scenarios and assessment moments.
Development
Built in Unity as a production-grade VR application, reviewed with you as it takes shape.
Deployment
Delivered as an installable standalone APK on Meta Quest headsets. No PC tether, no special infrastructure: training your team can run anywhere.
No tether, no lab, no excuses
Training that needs a tethered PC rig gets used once and forgotten. Our simulators run entirely on standalone Meta Quest headsets, so deployment means handing someone a headset: at a training centre, in a warehouse office, or across ten sites at once.
Something else in mind?
Training is what we do most, but the same Unity and Meta Quest pipeline builds product visualisations, walkthroughs, simulations and 3D games. If you have an immersive idea that isn't training, it's still worth a conversation. Tell us what you're picturing and we'll give you a straight answer on whether we're the right studio for it.
