Privacy policy
How we handle the information you send us through this site.
This policy explains how Xora Studios LLP ("Xora Studios", "we", "us") handles personal data in connection with xorastudios.com. We are the data fiduciary for that information under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
This site does not collect your data
There are no forms on this website. We set no advertising or tracking cookies, run no analytics or advertising scripts, and do not build a profile of you. Browsing xorastudios.com does not give us any personal information about you.
Our web host records standard server logs, including IP addresses, as a normal part of serving and protecting the site. We do not use those logs to identify individuals.
If you email us
When you write to us, we receive whatever you choose to put in that email: typically your name, email address, your organisation or institution, and what you are enquiring about. We use it only to reply to you, to discuss and scope a possible project, workshop or program, and to keep a record of that correspondence.
Please do not send financial details, identity documents, or sensitive personal information by email. We do not need them at the enquiry stage.
Who else sees it
Our email provider processes messages on our behalf in order to deliver them. We do not sell your data, we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for, and we do not share your correspondence with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is useful to the working relationship, and delete it when it no longer is, or sooner if you ask.
How we protect it
This site is served over HTTPS. Access to the inbox that receives enquiries is limited to the partners of the firm. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take measures appropriate to the small amount of data we hold.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or complete it, ask us to erase it, nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf, and raise a grievance about how we have handled your data. Email us and we will respond.
Children
This site is aimed at institutions and professionals, not children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 through it. Where our workshops involve school students, arrangements are made through the institution.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
